OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
To successfully carry out its innovation strategy and prepare for future regulatory changes, Monts et Terroirs wanted to identify innovations capable of providing concrete solutions to some of its key industrial and commercial issues. Based on in-depth regulatory and technological monitoring, SprintProject identifies collaboration opportunities with certain start-ups then guides the Monts et Terroirs teams towards concrete co-development projects.
In a sector facing major disruptions, Supply Chain players have demonstrated the need to think differently about their approach to innovation. Faced with new entrants with unlimited resources, certain leaders in the sector wanted to achieve the same level of standards and results by uniting their efforts. For them, SprintProject created the first Open Innovation Alliance dedicated to the Supply Chain sector. Today, it brings together more than fifteen leading companies in the sector who work together to understand and deploy innovation in a shared manner.
As part of a large-scale project “the City of Logistics”, the Euralogistic Center of Excellence (CCI) – regional public actor – aimed to create an incubator/accelerator of international scope bringing together innovative start-ups in the field of “Green Supply Chain”. With extensive expertise in supporting start-ups, in-depth knowledge of the sector and solid experience in incubation and acceleration methods and practices, SprintProject supported the creation of an autonomous, efficient and viable model based on an attractive offer and a profitable business model.
