At SIAL Paris 2026, SprintProject renews its collaboration with SIAL Paris around a common ambition: to help agri-food players better understand the transformations of their market, identify the innovations that matter and anticipate their impacts.
This collaboration, initiated in 2024, is taking on a new dimension this year. It is materializing in particular with the launch of SIAL Analytics, powered by SprintAnalytics, a comprehensive offering combining technology, human intelligence, and industry expertise to formulate the best strategic intelligence dedicated to Food Innovation.

From October 17 to 21, 2026 at Paris Nord Villepinte, SprintProject will therefore be alongside SIAL Paris to promote food innovation, both at the show and beyond.
SIAL Paris and SprintProject, bringing together different perspectives to better understand Food Innovation
Every two years, SIAL Paris is a must-attend event for the entire global agri-food community. Manufacturers, distributors, startups, solution providers and experts come together to discover innovations, compare visions and identify the transformations that will shape the sector.
For SprintProject, This dynamic directly reflects our business: deciphering innovation, identifying trends and supporting companies in their transformation.
Our partnership with SIAL Paris is based on strong complementarity. On the one hand, an international ecosystem and a major event for the global food industry. On the other, our expertise in Innovation Intelligence, our knowledge of emerging innovative solutions, and our ability to bring together relevant stakeholders around key transformation challenges.
In 2026, this collaboration will be very concretely reflected in the program of the show.
A Summit to decipher the impact of AI and data on the food value chain
SprintProject mobilizes its expertise and network to co-create with SIAL Network the Summit “Food Intelligence: redefining the value chain”, organised on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 2pm to 4:30pm.
One question will guide the discussions: how are technology, data, platforms and artificial intelligence redefining the rules of the game for players in the agri-food sector?
From production to customer relations, (digital) technologies are now playing a role at every stage of the value chain. Demand forecasting, operational optimization, predictive maintenance, traceability, new purchasing journeys, and personalization: the applications are multiplying and beginning to tangibly transform organizations.
The Summit will open with a keynote address on "Food Intelligence: Data at the Heart of Food Transformation," featuring Alexandre Leboeuf, Group Innovation VP, and Aude Barrie, Entegra SVP Global Strategy at Sodexo. This will be followed by a discussion with Coline Poirot, Marketing and Communications Director at Comexposium, and François Deprey, Managing Director of Sprint.Project/SprintAnalytics.

Two roundtables will then explore the transformation of the value chain from complementary perspectives:
