{"id":19781,"date":"2026-01-19T10:09:15","date_gmt":"2026-01-19T09:09:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sprint-project.com\/?p=19781"},"modified":"2026-01-19T14:24:06","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T13:24:06","slug":"ces-2026-tendances-innovations-ia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sprint-project.com\/en\/avis-dexpert\/2026\/01\/ces-2026-tendances-innovations-ia\/","title":{"rendered":"Decoding emerging innovation trends at CES 2026 by SprintProject"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>From January 6 to 9, 2026<\/strong>, Sprint<em>Project<\/em> was present in Las Vegas for the <strong>CES 2026<\/strong>, the global meeting place for future technological innovations.<br>Beyond the impressive announcements and demonstrators, our teams conducted an analytical review of the show to extract the <strong>background signals<\/strong>, THE <strong>structural breaks<\/strong> and the <strong>real strategic challenges for companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article, we revisit the highlights of CES 2026, informed by our <em>CES Flash<\/em> daily and enriched by fieldwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-428659d4 gb-headline-text\"><strong>The real divide wasn&#039;t AI, but data control.<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The tone was set from the opening keynote.<br>Industrial AI (Artificial Intelligence) is no longer presented as a revolution in uses, but as a <strong>architectural revolution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Software, computing power, advanced simulation and <em>digital twins<\/em> redesign the value chain on the condition that the data is <strong>structured, governed and exploitable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is at Eureka Park that the message becomes strategic.<\/strong><br>Startups aren&#039;t trying to &quot;add AI.&quot; They&#039;re building the...\u201c<strong>invisible infrastructure<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edge intelligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Context middleware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI Memory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated field collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The observation is undeniable., <strong>Without reliable, contextualized, and real-time data, AI never scales, or does so with great difficulty.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key challenge for businesses is therefore not technological, but <strong>managerial and organizational<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who owns the data?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How does it circulate between trades, machines and systems?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How quickly can it be transformed into a decision?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CES 2026 reveals a clear fault line:<br><strong>Data-ready organizations are accelerating cumulatively. Others will remain spectators of an AI they can neither control nor monetize.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The real question is no longer: <em>Should we invest in AI?<\/em><br>But : <strong>Are you ready to become a data-driven company, before being driven by AI?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-ddb29fc1 gb-headline-text\"><strong>Two halls, two atmospheres\u2026 but the same trajectory<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>After Eureka Park, head towards the <strong>Convention Center<\/strong>.<br>On the surface, two worlds. In reality, a clear convergence of trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <strong>The Omnipresence of AI<\/strong>, driven by a major acceleration in computing power (ever more powerful chips).<br>\u2714\ufe0f <strong>Maturity of digital twin solutions<\/strong> Simulation, modeling, and forecasting become operational.<br>\u2714\ufe0f These bricks make up the <strong>first step towards Physical AI<\/strong>, key prerequisites of: robotization (including humanoids), autonomy (mobility), improvement of operational performance (optimization, risk reduction, predictive maintenance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is striking is the rapid structuring of the <strong>ecosystems of actors<\/strong>. Each start-up brings a specific building block, with a critical stake: <strong>to integrate into complex and interoperable architectures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three major drawbacks remain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There <strong>energy consumption<\/strong> AI systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There <strong>data governance and management<\/strong>, always underestimated,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There <strong>maturity of business models<\/strong>, not forgetting the regulatory constraints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are issues that some players are beginning to turn into competitive advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-067ef4cb gb-headline-text\"><strong>AI is entering its industrialization phase<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>A clear shift is taking place at CES 2026:<br><strong>AI is moving beyond the era of isolated proofs of concept.<\/strong> to become a <strong>strategic transformation<\/strong>, managed at the highest level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we take away from this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generative AI is evolving towards a <strong>Agentic AI<\/strong>, capable of reasoning, planning and acting via multi-agent architectures connected to business systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The main obstacle to scaling up is no longer technological, but <strong>organizational and data<\/strong> : outdated workflows, persistent silos, unclear responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There <strong>data governance<\/strong> becomes the essential foundation (quality, contextualization, traceability), to the point that some groups now produce their own internal tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;\u2019<strong>AI-native company<\/strong> is structuring itself to absorb the organizational shock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Human roles are evolving: less execution, more <strong>judgment, arbitration and creativity<\/strong>, in close interaction with AI agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CES confirms the <strong>hardware return<\/strong> and the rise of the <strong>Physical AI<\/strong> : digital twins, mature edge computing, physical interfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>THE <strong>smart glasses<\/strong> emerging as a key device for industrial and field uses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>THE <strong>hybrid cloud \/ edge \/ on-device architectures<\/strong> are becoming the norm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The central question is no longer <strong>\u00ab&quot;What is the AI use case?&quot;. <\/strong>But good: <strong>\u00ab&quot;What kind of company do we need to become to make AI work at scale?&quot;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-12c105c8 gb-headline-text\">Key takeaways <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>CES 2026 is not celebrating a technology, but a <strong>structural transformation<\/strong>.
