After this first experience, I reoriented myself towards web development and joined BDFWeb (formerly B2PWeb) in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cI wasn\u2019t really excited about the sector\u201d<\/em><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, I have progressed to positions of Development Project Manager, Customer Service and Telesales Manager, and finally Product Director for 10 years now within the company.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cI was also very impressed by the behind the scenes of logistics\u201d<\/em><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My discovery of the Supply Chain first took place in Transport because B2PWeb is a solution dedicated to Transport professionals. Later, while working on the company's other solutions, I was able to seize the opportunity to discover the professions of shippers, logisticians and industrialists. I remember very well my first impression of this sector, which was unknown to me, when I applied to B2PWeb. So to speak, I wasn't really excited about the sector!<\/p>\n<p>Despite everything, I discovered an environment packed with human values and pragmatism, admittedly a little rough around the edges at times. I was also very impressed by the \u201cbehind the scenes\u201d of logistics, in particular all the processes and technologies implemented to transport our goods.<\/p>\n<p>As a woman, whether in the Supply Chain sector or more generally in technical environments, it is often more difficult to find a place. There are fewer of us in strategic positions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cIt is often more difficult to find a place\u201d<\/em><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Taking up a position as Manager and then Product Director took time for me to be \u201cnaturally recognized\u201d as the contact person in \u201cmy area\u201d. Whether internally or externally. I had to be tenacious and sometimes swallow my pride to convince and unite.
